Under the direct supervision of the City Clerk, the position provides broad-based administrative support of the daily operations of the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, City Clerk's Office, and City Council requiring the ability to:  demonstrate courtesy, maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information, exercise diplomacy, discretion, and tact when working with elected/appointed officials, City staff, outside agencies, and the general public.
