The following rules will apply to the MCEF Online Auction:

1) You must be a registered user with a verified email address in order to participate.
2) Bid amounts must conform to stated amounts for minimum and incremental bids for that auction or administrator has the right to revoke the bid.
3) Bids received after stated end date/time of auction will be disqualified.
