Brenda Viola (Author, Speaker and Trainer @ME Seminars)

Brenda Viola's work as an award-winning Public Information Officer for a first-ring suburb of Philadelphia birthed the inspiration for her Municipal Education courses and the launch of ME Seminars. Previous clients include the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC), American Library Association (ALA), American Public Works Association (APWA), and American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). Her messages are powerful because they have been developed in the trenches, working side by side with dedicated clerks, librarians, public works, parks and recreation and many other local government professionals. A former news anchor and reporter, she chuckles that the most interest surrounding her resume is her brief stint as a QVC Show Host when that channel launched! What is the "Why?" behind her current work? "Nothing makes me happier than to see the spark return in the eyes of a dedicated employee."
